Welcome to the Canadian Industrial Heritage Network (CIHN) new website
The purpose of this network is to provide a single point of access to the wealth of information on the internet generated by heritage sites, museums and organizations dedicated to the understanding, preservation and interpretation of Canada’s industrial heritage and with links to other international organizations and websites.
In a little while, it will also provide a calendar of events, a bulletin board of current news items related to industrial heritage and it will serve as the conference website for the next INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH CONFERENCE that will be held in Nova Scotia in 2012.
Keeping the information current will depend in part on you, the users. If you have relevant links that should be included, events to be posted, or news items of interest to the industrial heritage community, please submit this information to the Webmaster at webmaster@industrialheritage.ca.

Le réseau du patrimoine industriel canadien (RPIC) vous souhaite la bienvenue sur son nouveau site internet
Ce réseau se veut le point d’accès de l’information sur les sites et bâtiments patrimoniaux canadiens d’origine industrielle (musées, centres d’interprétations, lieux historiques, organismes et associations). Ce faisant, son objectif est aussi de contribuer à la compréhension, la conservation et l’interprétation du patrimoine industriel canadien, et de maintenir et encourager des liens dynamiques avec les réseaux internationaux.
Bientôt, le site affichera un calendrier d’événements nationaux et internationaux et des pages de nouvelles courantes. Il sera aussi le site de la prochaine conférence nationale LA FORCE DE L'INDUSTRIE qui se tiendra en Nouvelle-Écosse, en 2012.
La pertinence et le dynamisme des contenus du site vont dépendre principalement de vous, les usagers de l’information. Ainsi, si vous avez des informations d’intérêt reliées au patrimoine industriel, communiquez-les au webmestre par courriel : webmestre@patrimoineindustriel.ca
